Strategic design to improve
Paolo VI
positioning & reach
PaoloVI's identity and branding system has been heavily redesigned to provide a more
contemporary and family-friendly appeal. The board wanted to amplify the reach of the school,
while keeping it's catholic vocation to teaching.

Rethinking the brand system
The previous situation was heavily confused and there was no brand approach that could guide the school into its different artifacts.
We started interviewing a series of stakeholders to understand the actual needs of a future communication. Then, we went more and more
concrete on the output providing templates and a value set that could follow the pillars of the educational method of Paolo VI.
Web-design as a tool
The majority of the time we spent in this project was to understand a clear architecture that could give them
a set of easily accessible pages. What came out is a well-structured website that hosts all the different souls
of the school itself: from the burocrathic ones to the user-generated content.
